Terminal Licensing manager - problem - CALs are not expired automatically

Hello

Today I had problems with logging users to the Terminal Server. After investigating the problem, I have found that there are no licenses available for the users (I have checked it with the Remote Desktop Services Diagnostic Tool) . I have checked the Terminal Services Licensing Manager, and it seems that the automatic expiration does not work, for all my licenses the dates are outdated.

After a bit of time, while diagnosing the problem the users started to log in properly - the only thing I did is was the "Activate the server again" (the translation might be wrong, since I'm using polish version of the Server - it was don in the Terminal Services Licensing Manager -> right mouse button -> advanced -> Activate the server again). Unfortunately, the expired CALs remain expired, and all the users have taken the licenses from "Program Licens" - BuiltIn OverUsed.

How to fix the situation?

I would really be appreciated for any help. Maybe I was not explaining the problem well so I will post some images:

For the specific registered license packet, the dates are outdated and not renewing:
