Limit rest Api Post Sharepoint

I got this error when I call post request api sharepoint
The error is clear, but I can not find any information about this error on microsoft.
Can you give me the [doc] or any article say about this one.

Hi @管理 アカウント ,
As far as I know, The rest api payload is 250 mb.
The limit of sharepoint online list field might cause the error.Could you confirm if you add the too large entity to a column?
