Unable to launch OnVue system test or Sample test

I am unable to run OnVue system due to network issue, not sure why it says network issue though my internet is working fine with 400+mbps speed.

out of almost 20 tries, 2 times it went through and when i click simulation test, nothing happens.

This is happening on my Mac and Windows(office) both, kind of frustrating as i have my exam next week and planning to pre-pone it.
