Hello everyone,

I am using the MS Project 2021 pro version, and my collegues are using the latest 365 web app for Project. Our files are saved on OneDrive and SharePoint.

My issue is that sometimes, the mpp that I've work on can't be oppened by the other users. The error message is something like "impossile to open this file, it appears to be an older version than MSP 2000".

I don't understand why this happen. I have try to save as "mpp", save as "xml"... Once this incompatility appears, there is no way to go back, and I have to redo all in an older version of the file.

Anyone ever went through this? Any idea what to do?

Do I have to migrate to MSP web app, or reinstall?

Thank you for your time.

Pierre

This is the error message I have.

For Sharepoint & OneDrive, as I don't have the web app, I have to download to make my updates, then reload the file.

    Thank you
