Not able to receive incoming calls in teams

Question

I am not able to receive incoming calls in teams application. I have tried to reinstall teams application and also reinstalled windows but still not able to receive incoming calls

Same issue:

On incoming teams calls, user can hear the ring but no 'Answer' dialog appears. After the calling party hangs up, user can see the missed call. I checked for system health notices in the Office365 admin center; there were no relevant notices.

Windows 10

Teams -> Settings -> Calls:

1. Calls ring me: checked
2. If unanswered: do nothing

System > Notifications

1. Microsoft Teams: On
   1. Show notification banners: checked
      1. Show notifications in notification center: checked
      2. Play a sound when notification arrives: on
      3. Tried priority Normal and High, neither worked.

Clearing the teams cache fixed the problem for me.

It's a shame they shut down Skype and switched to Teams. These guys have been scamming users out of cash credits for a new program that doesn't work. VERY BAD CONDUCT!!! Worthy of Billy.
