How to download MS Office Home and Student 2019 for Mac?

I have recently purchased an online voucher for MS Office Home and Student 2019. When I try to sign in and use the product key to install it on my Mac, it keeps reverting to downloading the .exe file for Windows. I am unable to find the link to download the .pkg file for MacOS.

Could you please help to provide me the direct link to download the same?

    Hi, what do you mean by 'purchased an online voucher'? If you have a Product Key this is where you should use it along with a Microsoft Account: http://www.office.com/setup

    I mean that I received the product key for MS Office Home and Student 2019 via online purchase. I have already tried signing into my Microsoft account and activating the key.

    When I reach the landing page to download the product, it defaults to downloading the .exe file for Windows and not for MacOS.

    Im currently using an M1 MacBook Air 2020. Kindly advise on how to proceed.

    But there is no issue with the product key and activation. the only issue is the Microsoft website does not detect that I am on a Mac instead of a Windows PC.

    I believe I am facing an issue that has been present since awhile. Once downloaded, the installation completes but when I sign into the Microsoft Account with the same ID I used to activate the product it does not detect a purchase.

    Hi, your only recourse, as far as I can see, it to go back to where you purchased the Product Key. It may be a genuine mistake.

    Hi, this is Microsoft's official site for installing Office for Mac: Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac Note a genuine Product Key for Office can be used to download Office for Mac and Office for PC. That is the same Product Key can be used for both. Then Microsoft installs the correct version. Where did you purchase the Product Key and how much did you pay. There are a lot of scammers about.
