Hi,

Maybe you have the usual problem with the property sheet being outside the visible screen area. That can e.g. happen when different screen resolutions were involved. Or something/someone has set the commandbar to invisible. Or... Some methods you can try to get it back:

1. Set the Commandbar to visible as described here.
2. In that thread there's another variant mentioned you can try: CommandBars("Property Sheet").Position =msoBarTop
3. Still in the same thread there's the tip by "Theresa Kan" with the vertical lines.
4. Set the position in the registry as described here. You have to replace the "14" there by the version of your Office.

The property list for all the fields in all my Access databases doesn't display when requested and I can't make the necessary changes to some of the fields. This is true for all the Access databases I'm working on.

Remember we can't see what you see. We don't know what you are doing or what happens when you do ti. So you uneed to be our eyes for us to be able to help you.

To see the Property dialog for an Access table, you select the table in the Nav Pane and either Select View from the ribbon and select Design View. Or right click on the selected table and select Design View.

Are you doing one or both those actions? If so what exactly happens when you select Design View?

Have you tried Repairing Office?

Perhaps a wee bit more detail would be helpful.

The Access database itself does not have a property sheet. What do you really want to see? A table in design view? A form in design view?
