it takes me to my Forms homepage instead. It was working fine a minute ago when I did the exact same thing.

    Dear Jennifer,

Good days, thank you for querying in this forum. We’re happy to help you.

From your description, it seems that you cannot duplicate form successfully and it jumped to Forms homepage.

If my understanding above is right, we have also tested it on our side and we can duplicate forms without any problem. We cannot reproduce the same situation as yours.

Given this situation, we’d suggest you change another browser to check if the same problem will occur.

At the same time, to better understand your situation and narrow down this issue, could you provide the information below?

    1. May I know if all forms have the same problem?
    2. May I know if the other colleagues have the same problem?

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

No, and I still have an issue. Our IT Manager says my account has run out of space so I cannot create and new forms. This is really disappointing as I have changed our whole homework model to online microsoft form self marking quizzes. Do you know how to resolve this?

    Dear Jennifer,

    Thanks for replying.

If your account is run out of space, it would not allow you to create a new form or duplicate from an existing form. Please note that Microsoft Forms limit has a limit of 200 forms and this limit includes the forms that are present in Recycle bin as well. If you wanted to make some space, then you can consider deleting some old forms which you don’t need any more (Note: Please empty Recycle bin also).

Besides, you can also move your existing forms to Microsoft 365 group site which will allow you to create new forms in Microsoft Forms. Please note, since you’ve hit the limit, you won’t be able to move the form, to work around this, delete any existing form which you don’t need (delete this form from recycle bin as well) and then move some forms to Microsoft 365 sites. To know how to move, please see Move your form to a group - Microsoft Support

    Note*:*

    • You can only move the form if you're the owner of that form. You may not transfer the ownership of a form that is shared with you.
    • If youbelong to a team, you and the people on your team can create up to 200 forms, which will show up in theGroup formstab of yourforms.office.comportal page. The 200 forms you and your team can create are in addition to the 200 single forms you can create as an individual.

For more information, see Form, question, response, and character limits in Microsoft Forms

If my understanding above is not consistent with yours, you can post back and point that.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,
