    Dear Atul,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on the description you want to find a Teams recording from a meeting initiated by a user in your organization.

Recordings are available in different places depending on the type of meeting.

The recording is processed and saved to SharePoint if it was a channel meeting or OneDrive if it was any other type of meeting.

So, if user initiated a meeting in Teams channel, recordings will be stored on a corresponding SharePoint site in Documents > General > Recordings folder.

If user initiated a meeting as other type, recordings will be stored in user’s OneDrive who started recording in Recordings folder.

For reference: Record a meeting in Teams (microsoft.com)

As Microsoft 365 Global Admin you can get an access to any internal user’s OneDrive via Admin Center > Users > Active users > select a user and open OneDrive tab > click Create a link

The meeting recording shows up in the meeting chat or channel conversation (if you’re meeting in a channel). You can find a required information there.

Please note that recording must to be started by users, otherwise it will not be saved anywhere.

I hope this information was useful for you. Feel free to post back to us if you need further assistance.

    Sincerely,
