Can't install either 32-bit or 64-bit Access DB Engine 2016

I need to install the 64-bit version of Access DB Engine 2016. When I try, I get this error:

Which is strange, because the only version of Office I have installed is the 64-bit version. I did try installing the 32-bit version of ADBE2016, though, and this time I got this error:

Any suggestions? Would this be something I have to fix in the registry?
