    Hello,

Greetings for the day! I’m an, Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you and I'm glad to provide you information regarding your scenario. Sorry to know that your phone has been broken.

To login into WhatsApp web, you have to login with your WhatsApp mobile account. Or else you can try to install the desktop version and try to log in. But this will not have the complete backup of files. You can use all contacts and groups.

It appears that you cannot bypass the link to your phone. See https://faq.whatsapp.com/834124628020911/?cms_platform=web&helpref=hc_fnav.

You will have to ask for further assistance through Whatsapp support (https://faq.whatsapp.com/).
