reschedule of AZ 900 due to exam abort

Hi MS Team, I checked into my exam slot, did the systems checks etc and then got sent the MS Terms and Conditions to read and approve. Before I hit the Approve button and before the exam actually started I went to the toilet. On coming back to my laptop a Pearson Moderator informed me because of this I couldn't sit the test even though I explained that I went to the toilet for 2 mins. He then issued me with a incident reference number and said to contact MS to enable me to get another voucher to reschedule the test. The Incident number he gave me was 06954918. So can MS please assist me in rescheduling the exam with Pearson for free please. I guess the easiest approach would be to issue me with another voucher, but you know more than I do.

I'd really like to to sit the exam tomorrow if possible whilst I'm fully prepped for the exam.

Apologies for the inconvenience

Regards

Paul Johnson
