Regarding az-900 exam reschedule voucher

Team,

I schedule my az-900 exam at 9:40PM the actual exam time is 10:15PM but before check in that was my bad luck power outage in our area still , that's why i am unable to attend the exam , this was my first Microsoft exam i saved voucher from almost last two months i prepared and study everything about az-900 and the today when i decided to schedule the exam this was happened .

Is it possible to re-schedule the exam with my voucher?
if possible please i am requesting you to do needful.
