    Hi!

I had a similar error on iPhone I finally managed to solve.

Error: “Another account from your organisation is already signed in on this device. Try again with a different account.“

    Solution:

    1. Go to iPhone settings.
    2. Scroll down to “apps”.
    3. Find Microsoft 365.
    4. Click “reset” (to be found at the bottom of the screen).
    5. Toggle all three options.
    6. Open and close (quit) the Microsoft 365 app once.
    7. Log in successfully!

Hopefully this information helps somebody else too!

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to the error message, I assume it appears when you sign into the account in the Office application. If so, please try the following steps, then check again.

    1. Please sign out all accounts from the Office applications, then quit all Office applications
    2. Remove the related credentials

Type Credential Manager in the Windows search box, click Windows Credentials, and remove all related Office credentials.

    1. Please check the existing accounts in Windows settings

Go to Windows settings> Accounts> Access work or school. Make sure there are no other business accounts logged in.

    1. Please run the Office applications, sign into the account and check again.

If the error message still appears after trying the above steps, I recommend you try one of the methods in this article to reset activation, then check again.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator

This did not help me I am still having the same issue. I am able to login to outlook but not excel. It prompts me to enter my credentials again. Then the same error message.

Please let me know if there is another fix.

    Hi George,

Yes Sir, Thanks for the heads up. It worked. There were accounts that had to be signed out of.

    Thanks again
