Windows 10 OEM using VL key

Question

I was asked to Move this question to here so here we go. I want to make sure I am in complete alignment with the Software agreement from Microsoft, All and any information on this is helpful. I have read spice works articles that say you can use 1 VL license Key to deploy Windows to multiple devices that carry OEM Keys as long as the VL key and OEM version of windows is the same . Example: can I create a golden image utilizing a singular VL key for MS windows pro 10 and deploy it to 100 HP laptops that came with windows 10 Pro using a PXE server?. Is anything in the imaging restricted in this process? If i have a mixed environment of Dell and HP devices can i use the same golden image for both? is there restrictions when it comes to deployment tools? IE sysprep, clonezilla, MDT, Acronis.
