Log analytics Agent on windows can log the eventlog , performance counter to Log analytics workspace .

Azure monitoring Agent can log to the same Log analytics Workspace ?

    @sakuraime Thank you for reaching out with your query.

    Please be aware that - If you wish to send data to Log Analytics, you must create the data collection rule in the same region where your Log Analytics workspace resides. The rule can be associated to machines in other supported region(s).

    The same has been documented here, also please aware of the duplication of data collection if both agents coexist. For additional reference, please refer here.
