synapse workspace via mobile phone hotspot

Hello,
1-
I connect my laptop to the wifi connection and can connect to the internet as well as into synapse workspace (I added my laptop ip address to the firewall list)...

2-
To be able to go online using my laptop without wifi, I connect to the internet of my mobile phone (Mobile hotspot) and can browse the internet with no issues...
Now with the above in place (Laptop using my mobile phone hotspot) I would like to connect to synapse workspace.
In the synapse workspace, inside the Firewalls settings, do I need to add the ip of the Mobile phone?
I did that but still can not connect to the Built-in serverless sql pool in synapse workspace as it says serverless sql pool is unavailable.
Any suggestions please?

While connected using Mobile hotspot, just try to go to Synapse > Networking > Firewall rules and click on Add Client IP button. See if that works.
