Restricting Access to Apps When Sharing Microsoft Office 365 License

Hi there,

So, I have been having this issue for a while now where the people I am sharing my MS 365 license with are able to receive my Teams messages. Here is the scenario.

I work for an organization that has somehow (presumably by assigning a license to me) given me access to Microsoft Office 365. I basically have access to all the applications on offer. The organization gave me permission to share my license / access with my family members. Now the issue is that said family members are receiving all my Teams conversations.

My questions is, is there a way to share access only to specific apps with my family member and restrict access to others, specifically Teams?

I am using version  1.5.00.21668 (64-bit) of Teams, last updated on 05 September 2022.

I have tried looking everywhere I could online for an answer with no luck. I am not sure if I am articulating my problem correctly, so please let me know if there is any further information to be added.
