Unfortunately, you will never be able to block the scam emails.
All anyone can do is set up filters to move the scam emails to your junk folder.
I am using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client.
In saying this I have set up an address book named "Junk" and I add ALL the scam senders to the Junk address book (which contains 701 addresses in it to date, 70 of them have been added in the last 21 days) then create the filter to move All email addresses to another folder that is called "Trash", (You may need to create a new folder)
Thunderbird then moves All the emails listed in the junk address book to the trash for me to check later.
The 6 emails listed below are from onmicrosoft.com all in todays

All I can say is Don't open of click on any links in the email,just block them.
