    Dear John Schneider999,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems that you are trying to limit the file size to 2MB in Microsoft Forms.

As far as we know, we're afraid there is no build-in feature in Microsoft Forms to achieve this requirement. We do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

Personally, I completely agree with you, this is indeed a good addition to the current features of Microsoft Forms. It would be definitely ideal if we could customize the file size limitation in the form. Thank you for bringing thing to our attention.

We've created feedback accordingly in Microsoft Forms · Community, we'd sincerely recommend you vote for this idea in Forms Feedback Community:

Customize the drop down list of file size limits to 2 MB · Community (microsoft.com)

The Product Team is in-charge of the feedback site, and they are constantly checking the comments and feedback from our customer. Many features have been developed or improved based on users' comment.

It is also recommended to send feedback with Microsoft Forms, feedback submit by this way directly goes to the related team, this is the best way to let Forms developers know your requirements and comments, help improve the product and make it better for you and others.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

If our understanding of the scenario is not consistent with yours, feel free to point it out.

Hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Rhoda | Microsoft Community Moderator
