Form recognizer - identify zone in image without text

Question

Hello,

I need to extract a specific zone in images that do not contain any text (this zone is always located at the same spot of the images).
I know that form recognizer can identify layout (for example) but does it works when the part of the image you want to extract contains no text. ?? Or should I use Computer vision instead ?

Also, the zone of the image I need to get is not a common object or anything else, it is very specific.

What is the best approach in your opinion ?
