Hello A BHX,
Thank you for sharing your concern here in Microsoft Community Forum and we hope that all is well.
We understand that one of the Office licenses was associated to an account not intended to and want to transfer it to the intended account user. Let us see how we can help.
As per Microsoft Services Agreement, under Using the Services & Support, once a license is associated to a Microsoft account, it cannot be transferred to another account. You can check it also from an application like Word > File > Account > About Word > click on View the Microsoft Software License terms. If you want the Office license to be used by a specific user or device, the Microsoft account where the license was tied up with will be used to activate the license. Transferring the Office license to another device is possible however, the correct account where the Office license is tied up to will be use for the activation of the Office license. This would mean that you can uninstall the Office license from a device and reinstall and activate it to another device with the Microsoft account where the license was associated to.
For your reference on how to activate Office after reinstalling or installing on a different device, see: Activate Office after reinstalling or installing on a different device - Microsoft Support
We look forward to your response. Kindly let us know, if there is any misunderstanding or clarifications of our description by sending us a reply.
Sincerely,
