I bought a computer with Windows 11 do I still need to subscribe to microsoft 365?
I've been subscribing to microsoft 365 for years because I was using a chromebook. I recently bought a PC with Windows Home 11. I'm trying to figure out if I still need to subscribe to microsoft 365 or if my current PC has microsoft 365 included?

2023-02-28T16:48:37+00:00 Hi Nathan W,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.
Microsoft Office 365 can be installed on up to 5 devices simultaneously so you can go ahead and install Office 365 on your new computer from the same Microsoft account.
Follow steps below to install Office 365 on new computer:
- From your computer, go to https://www.office.com/ and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.
- Sign in with the account you associated with this version of Office. This account can be a Microsoft account, or work or school account.
- After signing in, from the Office home page select Install Office.
- Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>). After installation, sign into any Office app like Word to activate Office.

2023-03-18T15:33:17+00:00 But no-one has actually replied to the question posed "I recently bought a PC with Windows Home 11. I'm trying to figure out if I still need to subscribe to microsoft 365 or if my current PC has microsoft 365 included?" Surely the question is whether the computer has Microsoft included with the computer or whether it needs to be 'bought' after the trial period. At least, that's how I understand it.

Correct, I have not received an actual answer to my question. It seems I could have worded it better but Sable's restating of it correctly captures my inquiry.

I have the same question, have you figured it out yet? Mine looks like it is included, at least a simple version, it doesn't say anything about a 30 day trial. Being that you wrote this in February, I assume if it was only 30 days you have discovered the answer. Please let me know. Thanks
