How to execute a command in the terminal when opening a specific program by Windows 10 Task Scheduler?

I would like to open a specific application and execute a command in the terminal when opening that application.

The program would be this: "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Android Studio"

I would like to run just one command when opening this application only, being a task with this trigger.

I know that Windows has the Task Scheduler, but how can I make this configuration? Is it possible to use Trigger and configure an Event?
