I'm trying to log into my work email address via the outlook app. After entering my password, I'm asked to verify my identity through the Microsoft Authenticator app.
While I have this app on my phone, it is linked to my personal and not my work account. When I try to add my work account to the authenticator, I am asked to use the Microsoft Authenticator app to verify my identity, which I obviously can't do.
Does anyone have any tips to help me overcome this issue?
