How to restore Office 2021 Professional Plus which has been replaced by becoming the new Microsoft 365 app. without purchasers' consent?

Had Office 2021 Professional Plus Lifetime License installed on my computer which was purchased 02/03/2022. I am a GoDaddy email user which seems to be tied to Microsoft Office 365 Outlook. Just recently, without my consent, Office 2021Professioal Plus was replaced by the Office 365 app. GoDaddy support claims this is not their issue to contact Microsoft directly, however, one must have a business account plan with Microsoft per their contact form. I just want to know how to get the Office 2021 Professional Plus back onto my computer (which I had paid for a lifetime license). Does anyone else have the same problem and found a solution to restoring Office 2021 Professional Plus in Windows 10? Or how to contact Microsoft Support directly without a business account for Office products?
