I passed the ms-100 and ms-101 but I did not get my Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification and badge

please help

I have cleared Mb-300 Exam on 21/05/2022 but my certificate not generated till date.
My MCID: 993223445.

Please help me out.
