Thank you very much for the sharing and we're glad the problem is solved now.
Hope others facing the same situation will benefit from this thread. Here's a short summary for the problem.
Problem/Symptom:

Platform: SCOM 2016
Problem details:
I am running SCOM 2016, and I just added 30 HP Procurve switches into the console. Only 3 of the switches are in a healthy state, and they are Certified. The rest of them are all in a Not Monitored state.
Analysis/Cause:

The DB's were full.
Solution/Workarounds:
\=========================
I increased their sizes, and the devices are now in a healthy state.
