    thanks for helping

I am unable to upgrade the evaluation version to standard core.

    E:\sources>Dism /Online /Get-CurrentEdition

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.17763.1

    Image Version: 10.0.17763.1098

    Current edition is:

    Current Edition : ServerStandardEvalCor

    The operation completed successfully.

    E:\sources>Dism /Online /Get-TargetEditions

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.17763.1

    Image Version: 10.0.17763.1098

Editions that can be upgraded to:

    Target Edition : ServerDatacenterCor

    The operation completed successfully.

Here we only see that an upgrade to the DataCenter Verion is possible. However, an upgrade to ServerStandardCor is not possible.

I never had this problem to activate the standard license on server with gui (desktop experience). How can I activate my server core?

is there any way to be able to upgrade to ServerStandardCor

    i have tried to used dism /online /set-edition:ServerStandard /productkey:N69G4-B89J2-4G8F4-WWYCC-J464C /accepteula but get

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.17763.1

    Image Version: 10.0.17763.737

    Error: 50

This Windows image cannot upgrade to the edition of Windows that was specified. The upgrade cannot proceed.
Run the /Get-TargetEditions option to see what edition of Windows you can upgrade to.

i have also tried the slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX replacing the X with my serverstandardcor key but this has not worked ether

    thanks for you help

What roles have been installed? Hopefully it is not a domain controller. A domain controller cannot be converted from evaluation to full.

    Hello @j c ,

in that forum it only says DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition but i did not see set command. Could you please refer below link and try once,

Hyper-v and fallover clustering are the only services being used at this time
