    Hello Alex,

    Thanks for your post.

I completely understand how inconveniencing it can be not to see your chats in Teams after joining an organization and I'm here to help you sort it out.

This issue often comes down to the account you're currently signed in with. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve it:

    1.Switch to the Correct Account:

    • Open Microsoft Teams.
    • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
    • Under Accounts & Organization, confirm your account is listed.
    • If not, choose “Sign in with another account” and enter the right credentials.

2.Clear Cached Credentials:(Follow the official guide here to clear the cache: Clear Teams Cache)

    • Sign out of Teams completely.
    • Restart the app.
    • Sign back in using the right email.

3.Verify Access to Teams or Chats:

    • Even if you're part of the organization, you might not be added to any specific teams or group chats.
    • Contact your Teams administrator to confirm that you've been assigned to the right channels or chats.

    Let me know it goes.

    Best regards**,**
