Mail Merge single-page document (letter) with two letters printed on each page

I have a letter in MS Word. The page is in landscape mode, divided as two margins. I have the letter in the first margin. I want to complete mail mergers by pulling data from Excel and print letters side by side as two pages per page.

Set up the mail merge main document using the setting "2 pages per sheet" in the "Multiple pages" dropdown on the Margins tab of the Page Setup dialog. You will then get a page that is actually half a sheet; insert your merge fields there and then complete the merge; you'll get two letters per page.

Thank you. I saved a link to this in my page on Mail Merge so I can find it again.
