First device detection test stays Incomplete on Microsoft 365 Defender

I have activated MS 365 Defender with Vulnerability Management, onboarded a device with local script (device shows onboarded successfully), but detection test even though seems to run successfully it just shows "Incomplete" and supposed alert hasn't appeared.
