Excel Geography Function (City and County FIELD Errors)

Hi Microsoft,

My company uses the excel geography function a lot in our line of work and recently it has been acting up. The geography drop down menu, where you select which type of information you'd like to populate isn't offering the same fields it previously did. We found since this new "update/hiccup" that if we populate City first (we normally populate County first) then we can highlight the newly populated city column and the drop down offers County. Its been working so far but today I have multiple zip codes when I I go to use the Geography function, it only offers Name and Description. When only Name and Description are offered in the geography menu we cant find a way to get geography to work properly and offer City and County.

Just FYI: The zip codes were adding the geography function to only has 5 digits and the formulas are removed beforehand.

Any advise is appreciated!

You may try get help from Bing side.

Could you share us a test file to reproduce your issue?

For sharing a sample workbook, upload to OneDrive or any other cloud drives. Then post a link here.

The data source of Excel Geography is from Bing. We'd suggest you create a new thread at Bing side.
