Office 365 - can't attach file - Planner

When I try to attach file to Task in Planner (Office 365 edu) I get message that storage space is being setup and that I should get back in few minutes.

It has been more than 24 hours since I've tried to attach file but I still keep getting this message....

What could be the reason for this?

Hi kgolubic,

Please follow the steps below to first set up the files storage space in OneDrive for Business and then try accessing in Planner:

  1. In Office 365, go to OneDrive for Business.
  2. Open the ‘Groups’ in OneDrive for Business which is connected with the plan where you cannot upload attachments.
  3. Click on the ‘Plan’> OneDrive for Business will ask to wait, while it configures your group files.
  4. After you see the message ‘Ready to go’ in OneDrive for Business, go to Planner and you will get the options to attach a file.

If the steps above don’t work for you, I would like to collect the tenant information to check your account. I’ve sent you a private message to collect this information, please access it via this link.

Thanks,

Neha
