Sorry for this experience. What Microsoft Office do you want to install?

If you have Office 365 or Office 2021, find steps below for guidance:

1. Go to www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in > From the Office home page select Install Office.
2. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install Office>).
3. This completes the download of Office to your device. You can now proceed to install Office.
4. After installation, sign into any Office app with your Microsoft account to activate Office.

If you are sure that Office has become uninstalled (which is a rather lengthy process), you can reinstall from your account. The exact steps will depend on the type of product you have.

If there is a chance that you simply deleted some shortcuts that start Office applications, you can recreate them from the Start menu. Open the Start menu and type Word (for example). In the list of search results, if you see your version of Word, you can start it and then pin it to the Start menu and/or to the taskbar.

In fact, I bought 2 licences for that soft under my personal account.

However, it happens that I used my PC to connect my prof account and. my kid using school account on his PC. Consequently it looks like it deleted my own version of family office. Now, I am trying to re install what I have bought in 2017 on the same PCs and I am looking for the steps to perform.
