Iot Central does not load device page. Only spinner is shown.

Hello, I created a device in IoT central and after adding a dashboard the device page is not loading anymore. Only the spinnging loading indicator is shown. Dev Console of my browser suggests that there are js files missing, see attached screenshot.126056-image.png (sorry for the German. The screenshot contains no confidential information, as I'm doing an Azure training at the moment.)
