How can I repeat a header row, using Word online, across pages, as part of a table?

In the layout tab, the ribbon doesn't show anything for 'Table tools'.

As per the further updates, I would like to be clearer about your concern i.e., the feature you are looking in the Table Layout is not available in the Word Online and it’s caused due to the feature limitation of the Word Online.

I agree with you having the ability to have the same feature of Word application in the Word Online will benefit the users and I suggest you to add your valuable idea as a feedback in the Word · Community (microsoft.com) which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft products.

As a workaround, open the same Word document in the Word application for using the features that are not present in the Word for the web.

The web version of Word is limited in many ways. If you switch to the Reading view, then does the table display properly?

That doesn't resolve it. The rows remain without the headers. Thanks.

If the table header does not display properly even in the Reading view, I suppose Word Online simply doesn't support that formatting. You can send feedback to Microsoft using Help > Feedback in Word Online.
