I need help unlocking macros for an assignment.

i have tried the same procedure but still macros not enabled
I have tried this and I still cannot create, copy, delete or do anything with Word macros
This does not work for me, the files are in a local folder on my personal computer.
I have created some macros to save time and effort but I have spent more than 30 minutes looking for a solution. Nothing works.
Macros are enabled in the Trust Center
The file is saved as macro-enabled
Macros are created by myself
Developer tab options took me to the same place.
Any solution?

I resolved adding the folder containing files with macros to the trusted locations.
In Excel, go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations > Add new location
