Microsoft Excel Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019) exams not in my country

Hi

I live in saudi arabia, and I would like to take Microsoft Excel Expert (Microsoft 365 Apps and Office 2019) exam, but unfortunately there is no any centers which provide this exam in my whole country.. please help me so I can take this exam without traveling cost.
