    Hello Christiana Ba

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It seems like you're experiencing issues with audio playback in PowerPoint. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

There could be several reasons why this is happening. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    • Check your computer's audio settings: Make sure that your computer's audio settings are configured correctly. Check that the volume is turned up and that the correct audio device is selected.
    • Check the audio file format: PowerPoint supports several audio file formats, including MP3, WAV, and WMA. Make sure that your audio file is in a supported format.
    • Check the audio file location: If your audio file is stored on an external drive or network location, make sure that it is accessible and that you have the necessary permissions to access it.
    • Check the audio file size: Large audio files may take longer to load and may cause playback issues. Try reducing the file size by compressing the audio or converting it to a lower quality format.
    • Check for updates: Make sure that your version of PowerPoint is up to date. Check for updates and install any available updates.

We look forward to your next response.

    Kind regards

Hi, this doesn't solve any of the issues I'm experiencing. I have a powerpoint that has sequenced audio files as part of the animations in a powerpoint. When I upload this to the online powerpoint service, all of the audio files play at the same time.

It's astounding that one of the largest companies in the world can be so inept.
