Working with photo links in an excel spreadsheet.

I have several photo links in an excel spreadsheet. I have the photos stored in various folders on OneDrive.

I need to rename these photos and then upload them to an app database. Is there a way to do this from the excel spreadsheet, or will I need to go into the folders where the photos are stored and do that there? If I need to go into the folders, can I figure out which folder the photo is in from its link in the excel spreadsheet? Thanks!

    Hello

I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

I understand that you're having trouble with the search function in Outlook on your new PC running Windows 11. This issue could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Indexing Issue: After upgrading to Windows 11, Outlook searches may return no results. This issue can occur with any account where the emails and other items are stored locally in PST or OST files. During the Windows upgrade, the search index is deleted and gets rebuilt after the upgrade is completed. Although this is expected behavior, it can be disruptive until the search index is rebuilt. https://support.microsoft.com/office/cc54dfee-ee78-4123-a9af-7986748052ef
    2. PST File Location: The location of your PST file might not be included in the system's indexing locations. If the PST file is located in a directory that's not being indexed, Outlook won't be able to search it.
    3. Hidden or Protected Directory: If the directory containing your PST file is hidden or protected, it might not appear in Outlook's options. You can unhide the directory by changing your folder options to show hidden files and folders.

To resolve this issue, you can try rebuilding the search index in Outlook. You can also check if the directory containing your PST file is included in the system's indexing locations. If it's not, you can add it to the indexing location. If the directory is hidden, you can unhide it by changing your folder options. spam link removed by Moderator
