When raising a Support case for Microsoft on the powerplatform I am asked for a Premier Access ID or a Contract ID

I cannot find these numbers anywhere and the only online docs are for On-Prem environments. Does anyone know where these numbers are stored and what I need to do to resolve this?

Thanks

    Hi Eleni

These details have not been supplied to us on set up any environments and its is extremely difficult to find them or anyone to contact to request any help. Without the details I can't raise a support case and there is no where to go on any MS sites to find help getting these details.

Thanks very much for your reply, but I am afraid that this only confirms what I already know and I am still stuck with not knowing where to go or who to contact to get this issue resolved. Are you able to help with that at all?

    Thanks

    Josh

    Dear Joshua Thomas,

    Good day! .

Can you contact your Microsoft sales representative or Technical Account Manager (TAM) for assistance.
If you do not have a Premier Support subscription, you can still open a support case for Microsoft Power Platform. However, you will need to provide additional information, such as your Power Platform tenant ID and the specific issue that you are experiencing.
To open a support case for Microsoft Power Platform, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Power Platform support portal.
    2. Click Contact Support.
    3. Select the Power Platform product.
    4. Select the Problem type and Category.
    5. Provide a detailed description of the issue that you are experiencing.
    6. Enter your contact information.
    7. Click Submit.

A Microsoft support engineer will contact you to review your case and provide assistance.
If you are unable to find your Premier Access ID and Contract ID, and you do not have a Premier Support subscription, you can try the following:

    • Search your email inbox for emails from Microsoft that may contain your Premier Access ID and Contract ID.
    • Check your Microsoft account portal to see if your Premier Access ID and Contract ID are listed there.
    • Contact Microsoft customer support for assistance.

Here are the steps for your reference:

Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

    1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, you aren't an admin. For more information, see Who has admin permissions in my business?.
    2. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
    3. Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you get a drop-down list, select the one closest to your question, or continue typing your question, then press Enter.
    4. If the results don't help, at the bottom, select Contact Support.
    5. Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Contact support pane.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Regards,

    Dear Joshua,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

A Premier Access ID is a unique identifier assigned to each Microsoft Premier Support customer. It is used to track support cases and manage customer accounts. A Contract ID is a unique identifier assigned to each Microsoft support contract. It is used to track support cases and manage customer accounts.

If you are a Microsoft Premier Support customer, you can find your Premier Access ID by logging into the Microsoft Premier Support portal. If you are not a Microsoft Premier Support customer, you can find your Contract ID by logging into the Microsoft Support portal.

Once you have your Premier Access ID or Contract ID, you can raise a support case for Microsoft on the Power Platform by visiting the following : Get Help + Support in Power Platform - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

On the support website, you will be asked to provide your Premier Access ID or Contract ID, as well as information about your issue. Once you have submitted your support case, a Microsoft support engineer will contact you to help you resolve your issue.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Regards,

    Microsoft Community
