Survey 123 and Power Automate "The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter..."

Question

Having an issue setting up a power automate flow from Survey123 entries. We are using Survey123 to record responses into an excel spreadsheet that is hosted in the documents section of our sharepoint site. We are using the exact same form and flow styles from our form for last year we just create a new one each year to track easier. The flows for last year all worked perfectly. When setting up a new flow this year I am receiving the following error: "Flow save failed with code 'WorkflowOperationParametersExtraParameter' and message 'The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter 'item/Additional Crew Names.Initials'.'." I can't seem to find anything else online about this issue. If someone could please help that would be amazing
