I have searched over the internet and has been through MS learning portal as well, however could not find any table or list of compatible version of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note and Teams with M365 Copilot.

This is to review the readiness of the ecosystem.

    Hi Vichitra,

Thank you for reaching out to this forum. I'm Utkarsh and as a fellow Microsoft user, I'm here and ready to help you today. I am a user like you, this is a user forum and not Microsoft directly.

Do not worry, I will help you sort this issue, rest assured that I will do my best to assist you.

I understand your query about compatible versions of MS Office applications with Microsoft 365 Copilot. While you haven't found a definitive list online, I can share some key information based on current updates:

Currently, Microsoft 365 Copilot is still in preview and not yet widely available. This means specific version compatibility information may not be readily documented. However, here's what I can share:

    Supported Applications:

Microsoft 365 Copilot currently works with: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook (New Outlook for Windows and Mac) Teams It does not yet support OneNote, Whiteboard, or Loop.

    Version Requirements:

-Copilot is designed to work with the latest versions of Microsoft 365 applications. For Outlook, Copilot currently works with the New Outlook (preview) versions on Windows and Mac. Classic Outlook support is planned for the future. Ensure you have the latest updates installed for your applications.

    Roadmap and Availability:

Microsoft is actively developing and expanding Copilot. You can find the roadmap for Copilot features and supported applications here: https://learn.microsoft.com/training/paths/get-started-with-microsoft-365-copilot/ Expect future updates to include support for OneNote, Whiteboard, and Loop.

    Recommendation:

For now, focus on the supported applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ensure they are updated to the latest versions. Keep an eye on the Copilot roadmap for updates on expanded application support.

    Additional Notes:

You can check your specific application versions by going to File > Account > About within each application. Microsoft 365 Copilot is currently an add-on plan, not included in all Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Check your licensing details for eligibility.

I hope this information helps! If I can be of help with anything else, please let me know. I will be glad to answer any other questions that you might have.
