Hi,

I have the following comment on a MS Form - This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information. The form is to collate information for new starters including their bank details so it can be sent to payroll. This form will be sent externally.

Am I able to do this?

This is not right. You are restricting my ability to collect information I need and now requiring me to build a real HTML form on my website to circumvent your blocking of this form.

Once the form was complete, only HR and people with need to know would have been granted access to it.

I removed the potential fishing information, but the form remains locked for 30 plus minutes.

Additionally, the HR User already has an EXCEL Spreadsheet with this information stored in their OneDrive, for each individual user that previously provided us with the information that we were trying to collect on this form.

We are a small company that is not going to buy an HRIS system at this point.

So why are you restricting the FORMS, but not blocking WORD, EXCEL, and other services from storing PII.

FRUSTRATION!!!

Renamed Personal Information to Contact Information.

Removed fields that were collecting DOB and SSN.

You've taken away my ability to access the form to remove any PII within it.

Again legitimate business being punished for the actions of wrong doers.

I have encountered the same message while creating my Cyber Awareness Month Questionnaire! What the HELL!!!!

There is no request for personal information on the form, this would be understandable if the answers had not been set but all answers are specified and defined! There is no request for unique information across the form.

I need this ready for next week!

what would help is if it actually highlighted or indicated what the problematic question was. but I have 30 questions!

is it because it contains the phrase "personal information"? because that is ridiculous! This is a Cyber Awareness Questionnaire I need to use the phrase!
