Is there any possible cause for "not started"?
The report I checked is "Client push installation status details".

    Hi,

Based on my understanding, in the console, we expand the computer list from Assests and Compliance, Overview, Device, select one of them, right-click on it, choose "Install Client" and it fails, right? If I am wrong, please correct me.

For client installation, some prerequisites are required:

    (1) from sccm server, the \<client_computer>\admin$ can be accessed via file explorer
    (2) Windows Management Instrumentation service is running in the client computer
    (3) Windows Remote Management (WS-Management) service's startup type is NOT set to disabled (manual is ok) in the client computer
    (4) the client push installation account is in the local administrators group of the client computer as shown in below example

If all the above prerequisites are met and the problem persists, we may check the following log files. If possile, please help to share them for further troubleshooting.

    ccm.log, location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs of sccm server
ccmsetup.log, location: C:\Windows\ccmsetup\Logs of client compouter

    Alex
