SCCM 1810 will not push Office 2016 std or 2019 std

Apologies in advance, as I do not have much SCCM experience.

As the title states, I cannot get Office 2016 std or 2019 std to push no matter what I try. Logs such as appdiscovery and appenforce do not show any activity on the target PC, so I am wondering if the application is even being sent out. I tried recreating the application in SCCM following this guide (https://systemcenterdudes.com/sccm-office-2019-deployment), but that did not work either. I also made sure no antivirus was blocking the deployment, and that the app was distributed properly to all our DPs. I can try to provide logs if necessary, or any other information if needed.

    As told by others on other forums, I will be updating to the current version of SCCM. Then I will see if this problem persists.
