Kindly go to Microsoft Contact Us website:

- Type "double charge" and click Get Help.
- Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
- Log in with your Microsoft account.
- Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option.
- Under category, select Manage Subscription.
- Click "Chat with a support agent".
