... And if you want to move a folder, go through the above steps and then click on the top navigation above the folders to view your folders. You can then CHECK the folder you want to move, go to the ... menu and you will have the option to MOVE TO and move the folder wherever you want. I'm sure there is a cleaner way to do it, but this is just me trying to figure out this wack program. :)

Couldn't agree with you more. SharePoint is one of the worst apps I have ever used and adds so much unneeded steps and navigation that makes it entirely useless (unfortunately being forced to use it or I'd have moved to an alternative).

I have similar question here. There are 52 files which I need to move from one folder in Sharepoint to 52 different folders in Sharepoint. Using the "Move to" function means I would need to move each file and select the destination folder, one by one, then repeat 52 times which can be very time consuming.

I tried moving the files using drag and drop, however this method doesn't work. Can someone please help how to move file using drag and drop? I've tried searching this in you tube. Someone shows how to drag and drop files using Library, then Open in Explorer. But I don't seem to have Library. Please help.

    Thank you!!!

Wow, it never ceases to amaze me just how hard Microsoft goes out of its way to make the simple stupid.
