I've disabled access to my Microsoft account on another device because I couldn't distinguish which device was mine. Unfortunately, I accidentally disabled access on this device as well. Now, I'm unsure of how to regain access to my Microsoft account on this machine. I don't know what steps to take or whom to contact for assistance. Please help, thank you ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/979cf79a-d140-40eb-ac4a-b9136948f7dd?platform=QnA

    This is the message:

"If you lose a device or no longer use it, disable it so no one else can gain access to it. To re-enable it after it's been disabled, contact your admin."

    Dear Lê Xuân Trung

To re-enable a disabled device for your Microsoft account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account security page (https://account.microsoft.com/security).
    2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
    3. Under the "Your devices" section, locate the device that you want to re-enable.
    4. Click on the device and then click on the "Reactivate" button.
    5. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and re-enable access to your Microsoft account on the device.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    Stacey
